Background Information: With a new website and refreshed mobile app launched, Air Miles looked to capitalise on a rejuvenated sense of excitement surrounding the program. We reinforced our presence in an increasingly competitive landscape by kicking off a new tagline and communication strategy that put our commitment to rewarding Canadians upfront and centre.
